Great house for a longer stay with all the necessary amenities provided. the kitchen was fully equipped and the presence of a washing machine was very convenient. the Wi-Fi worked well, and my son really enjoyed playing with the toys provided. the location was fantastic, with a tram station just a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to East Croydon station. From there, we could catch direct fast trains to various destinations like London Victoria, London Bridge, and even Brighton. the host was very responsive and communication was easy. having a Co-op nearby was very convenient. we would definitely consider staying here again.
The fact that the property was single glazed, which made it quite noisy due to traffic sounds. This made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.

The house had all the amenities we needed for our Christmas stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook our holiday feast, and the washing machine was a bonus for cleaning up afterwards. The location was perfect, with a tram station just a few minutes' walk away and easy access to East Croydon station. This made it convenient to catch direct trains to London Victoria, London Bridge, and even Brighton. Another advantage was the presence of toys in the house, which kept my kids entertained and happy throughout our stay.
I must admit that there were a few areas that could use improvement. The property could benefit from some refurbishment, as it felt a bit dated and worn out.

Complimentary WiFi: I felt like I had my own personal hotspot at this wonderful holiday home. The WiFi was as strong as Hercules, allowing me to effortlessly stream movies and video call my loved ones back home. Truly a digital oasis!
Improvements needed: Minor touch-ups.

The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to prepare a festive feast, and the washing machine came in handy for cleaning up afterwards. The location was fantastic, with a tram station just a short walk away and easy access to East Croydon station. This meant we could easily catch direct trains to London Victoria, London Bridge, and even Brighton. Another advantage of this house was the abundance of toys for our kids to play with, keeping them entertained throughout the holiday.
While the house had its charms, it was a bit outdated and could do with some modernization. The carpets were worn out and there were a few small improvements that needed to be made.
